This work focuses on the analysis of ideologies in the educational environment and its relation to conceptions about the construction of science. The research is part of another one broader study framework that underlies the notion of complexity. The study is implemented from an action research program involving several teachers, showing in the case we discussed his reflections and framing in their professional development and in search of the obstacles to such development. Only describe the case of a teacher and the results show, firstly, the adequacy of curricular innovation processes in teams to bring out the ideological conditions in the learning environment and, thus, assume and make them more complex and, secondly, the relationship between initial conceptions the teacher on such science and ideological conditions.
