Several authors refer the methods for cooperative learning, adaptive inclusive education and cooperation structures implemented by the Modern School Movement, as fundamental resources in response to the specific characteristics of human nature, effective in creating rich and stimulating learning environments and quality education enhancers for all students. Therefore, and trying to give an effective answer to the needs of a regular classroom (second grade), this study was drawn as an analysis and reflection of the contribution, benefits and drawbacks of implementing the listed teaching strategies, concerning the acquisition of academic skills, the achievement of a better dynamic within the group and behavior changes. To do so, the investigation-action method was the foundation for this study, guidelines were created and a course of action was set in motion based on a continuous evaluation and intervention, whose weekly fields of action were, the class, the family and the educational community. In the end significant improvements in academic level and behavior were noted, as well as a better relational structure within the class, and an increase in parents interest in the education process.
