Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze the formation of conscious ness in educational activities to the work. It starts from the observations had made in research projects during the year2014.It focuses on the formation of thinking about social reality and its production by human. It is based on the materialist historical and dialectical conception and takes the development of consciousness and alienation in the educational process, including the you thon the way from childhood to adultho odand analyzes the implications of educational practice for thought in the productive activity. The analyzes enphasizes how it forms in the youth the conception of work, and how this way of think ingremains in the adult worker. The conclusions is that a specific type thought based on beliefs has guided the individuals to understand the reality of the social life.
